These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website https://glamandchic.net.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The products offered by Glam & Chic are handcrafted creations, designed and made by hand in our workshop.

Slight variations in color, shape or finish may appear and are part of the product's artisanal character.

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT applicable under current Swiss legislation.

Delivery charges are indicated separately during the order process.

All orders are considered firm and final upon payment validation.

👉 Order Cancellation

A cancellation is possible only if the order is not yet being processed or has not been shipped.

Any order that has already been prepared or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Glam & Chic offers delivery in Switzerland and internationally, according to the service areas indicated during the order process.

Delivery times are indicative. Glam & Chic cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Glam & Chic's responsibility ends upon handing over the package to the carrier.

In case of loss or damage during transport, a claim will be filed with the carrier's relevant department.

Products are guaranteed provided that they are used in accordance with the instructions supplied and that their lifespan is respected.

If a customer receives a defective product, they must contact after-sales service at the following address:

All requests will be analysed by after-sales service.
After confirmation of the defect, the product will be replaced.

The customer has 14 days after receiving the package to request a return, exchange, or refund.

Return conditions:

• Product unused, in perfect condition
  
• Original packaging required
  
• Return shipping costs borne by the customer
  

⚠️ Exceptions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, liquid products are not accepted for return.

Refunds are made based on the original purchase price.

A partially used product cannot be fully refunded.

The condition and level of product use will be taken into account when evaluating the refund.

Glam & Chic disclaims all responsibility in case of misuse of the products.

The care and usage instructions on the packaging must be followed to ensure optimal use.

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is in the canton of Jura, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
